We have been reporting on the health and safety of manganese mineworkers, an issue we highlighted in our story about 18 workers who have developed a strange health condition with symptoms similar to those of Parkinson’s disease. They include trembling, stiffness, slow motor movement and potentially-severe depression, anxiety and hostility.
